Saturday Special: Share A Fact About Reading

Congratulations

Congratulations! You’ve already accomplished something this weekend!

Not that constant productivity is the best route to success:
This week I wrote about the routines of highly creative people, and about how, while FBI Special Agents Kim Otto and Carlos Gaspar aren’t artists or musicians, their job requires oodles of creativity.

Creative Routines

Based on the chart, it appears some good advice to spur creativity would be to set aside intentional time for Social Activities and Meals.
What Social Activities and/or Meals do you have planned for this weekend or upcoming week?

In my thrillers including Don’t Know Jack, Kim Otto and Carlos Gaspar easily spend most of their 24 daily hours in the “Primary Work” category, which would be hunting for Jack Reacher. Need a refresher on why exactly they are hunting? You’re in luck — I blogged about that this week. To read the explanation, CLICK HERE.

If you’re coming up short in the Social Activities department, here’s an idea. Help spread awareness about the importance of reading.

Surprising Book Facts

Scary facts, aren’t they? I challenge you to memorize one of these Surprising Book Facts and share it with someone, face-to-face. Then you can check at least one “Social Activity” off your list.

Don’t forget to leave a comment below and let me know what Social Activities or Meals are on your schedule for the next few days!

Meanwhile —
