The news of this week had me thinking about character traits in leaders, and that tops this week’s Saturday Special:
1. FEMALE LEADERS like Governor Helen Sullivan in Fatal Distraction are effective because they are shown to be better than men at several important leadership qualities: taking initiative, driving for results, integrity and honesty.
But there are 27 U.S. states that have never had a female governor. Is your state one of them? You can find out HERE.
2. SPEAKING OF character traits, I found this cool infographic from www.laura-e-kelly.com and shared it on my Facebook Page. Take a look and tell me: what kind of reader are you?
3. ALSO THIS WEEK, I shared the story of a man who brought a rifle into an airport terminal (on the pre-security side), just to prove a point. You can read more about that, and how it relates to Flight 12: A Jess Kimball Thriller, HERE.
4. BY THE WAY, have you entered the latest Flight 12 raffle yet??? This month the prizes are a $200 eGift Card, a Flight 12 Cap, and Travel Treasures. To enter now, CLICK HERE.
