Happy spring, readers! It’s already April and I think I’ve failed to wish you a happy spring so far. I’ve been chained to my desk finishing my book about Michael Flint, The Heir Hunter… which makes me really appreciate the high patience level of good friends on days when I have to put writing deadlines first and social meetings second. I shared this picture on Facebook, but it gave me a laugh so I wanted to share it here, too.
Now that Easter has passed, it really feels like spring.
Here in Florida, with spring comes…
Yankees Spring Training
Pollen, pollen, and more pollen
Beach Season!
Which leads us to…. spring reading! In which of these spring-like settings would you most like to spend a day reading?

Now that we’ve chosen our reading location, let’s talk books.
What’s on your spring reading list? I’m currently reading books that will to be released as movies — before the movie comes out. Stephen King has six books set to become movies (Dark Tower series, Cell, Mr. Mercedes, Joyland, Lisey’s Story, and Revival); plus, there’s The Girl On The Train by Paula Hawkins; Inferno by Dan Brown; Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by J.K. Rowling/Newt Scamander.
And I’m already looking forward to the new Jack Reacher movie Never Go Back due out in 2016, based on the book by my friend Lee Child. Of course, I’ve already read Never Go Back, but I’ll read it again before the movie’s released.
