It’s been a long week. Not in a bad way. In a very productive way. False Truth 10 is now just days away from being available for pre-order, and the Kobo Book Signing event in London is closer to becoming a reality. But now I’m ready for a break!
Conveniently, I’ve been eyeing this for a few days, and I think this weekend is the time to indulge in a tequila sangria. Won’t you join me?
You can find the recipe from The Cooking Channel HERE.
One of my favorite activities of the week was officially compiling the results of your answers to the question, What is your biggest reading pet peeve?
You can click on the image to view a larger version of the pie chart of results.
The majority of the results fell under the category of “Other.” I should have expected as much, considering what a creative group you readers are. You’d rather come up with your own answers to the question than choose from the answers I suggested! Fantastic! Thanks again for the creativity and for weighing in.
I can’t leave you this weekend without letting you know that today is NATIONAL SCHOOL LIBRARIAN DAY!
Do you know any school librarians? I know a few, and let’s just say they are all very patient people. School librarians are critical to instilling a love of reading in children, and I know you appreciate that as much as I do. I’d like to expand today’s holiday to National ALL Librarians Day. This weekend, please take a moment to tell a librarian, school or otherwise, “thank you”!
If you’re reading this and you’re a librarian, THANK YOU!!!
